Curated tools for the biodiversity community

This version is based on a review of the tools at Galaxy Code Fest 2024

This is an initial version of the curated tools table for Galaxy ecology, Earth, and biodiversity. We have to decide in the future how we organise it exactly. And we'll include more tools in "To keep" later.

Anyhow, is it the correct file name and format/columns?

Should the GA be launched before this is merged, or how does it work?
The GTN tutorial looks a bit insufficient or maybe outdated :(

Could you have a look at this and help us get it approved ?
We have tried to follow the tutorial but it seems that some things may have changed since the last update of the tutorial.

Is the filename "curated_tools.tsv" correct and do we have the right and all required column names ?

Dear @adluinf; we are very sorry, we are too slow in updating the docs.
You need to modify the tool_status.tsv file to the metadata folder of the biodiversity community, similar to the one of microGalaxy: https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy_codex/blob/main/communities/microgalaxy/metadata/tool_status.tsv
With the column headers: Suite ID Suite owner Description To keep Deprecated

The curated_tools.tsv will then be automatically created. As a hint only stuff in metadata should be modified.
