I have add a small clarification to the instructions for the input dataset to use in the
recentrifugestep of the tutorial "Checking expected species and contamination in bacterial isolate". There was some ambiguity in the text describing the input dataset to use: "report of Kraken2". Asrecentrifugeshould use theclassificationoutput fromKraken2, I have updated therecentrifugeinput text to read "Classification output of Kraken2".There are no further changes required and this PR does not add any new images to the tutorial.
