Remove files that were needed during template development but are not needed by template users: - CLAUDE.md (Claude AI documentation) - .claude/ (Claude Code configuration) - docs/ (development documentation, ADRs, implementation plans) Update references in README.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, and SECURITY.md to remove docs/ directory links and inline essential setup instructions. All configuration is now in the actual config files: - package.json, tsconfig.json, biome.json - lefthook.yml, vitest.config.ts, tsdown.config.ts - renovate.json, release-please-config.json, .npmrc - .github/workflows/ (all 9 workflows)
