Restored CPFilters.dll, ehskb.dll, EncDec.dll, mcplayer.dll, and MSVidCtl.dll from 8.9.2 rather than use these files from 8.8.9 that may be causing video/audio issues.
Improved Installer
- Microsoft DVD Player is no longer a prerequisite. Will automatically install if needed.
- Will start ehtray.exe automatically at end of install.
- Added option to install modified binaries from WMC Mini-Mods 2.13.0. Will include a GUI to tweak registry values with shortcut.
Updated WMC
- Updated exe files and manifests that some users were having issues with recent MS KB updates.
- Updated DVBS satellite transponders to November 2025.
- WMC files are based on 8.9.2 and additional MUI files from 8.8.9.
