Looks good, though it's still unclear how the documentation pages are generated i.e. how are you triggering all the "Update documentation render" commits

* style: bigger font size for footer

* Use `<Link>` instead of `<a>` in home page

* Fix up announcement text

Also make links wider to be easier to click
