Changes to make the containers run truly non-root for openshift/okd
Relies on gchq/stroom-resources#125
Once both PRs are merged it may mean some chown-ing of files in existing stacks.
The files in the managed volumes will need to be chowned to nnn:0 where nnn is the uid of the stroomuser/proxyuser on the docker host (as the container will be run as this).
Bind mounted dirs, such as config dirs will need to be checked to ensure that the files will be readable by nnn:0.
