By adding a composer.json file, the color contrast checker can now be included in other projects more easily.
This change avoids breaking any backwards compatibility by not introducing a namespace or class, the only relevant change to existing projects is, that the code has been moved to the subdirectory /src, other than that, all changes are backwards compatible.
Also, I added some tests.
