This PR fixes #656 by skipping the Docker convenience script on Arch and installing Docker via pacman.
Note: On Arch,
docker compose versionmay report "dev", which causes community.docker.docker_compose_v2 tasks to fail. I mention this becausedocker-composeupdated yesterday and I had to install the previous version when testing this commit.
