* Move "Ammendments" to these bylways the end end. * Make "General Meetings" and "PLC Meetings" subsections of "Members" and "PLC" respectively.
Move the article that defines the AGM to be the first, and tweak the rest of the articles to: * Use the AGM acronym for conciseness. * Use "additional meetings" when talking about other general meetings different from the AGM.
Since it applies to the whole membership, not just the PLC.

I was doing one more review pass, but decided to split the least controversial suggestions to a PR, so they are easier to incorporate.
