Add backend support for exporting query FASTA, query-as-reference, logs, and job backups, with status payloads the UI can poll before triggering downloads. Harden FASTA generation with reusable file locks, freshness checks for sorted query outputs, and background query-as-reference builds. Also guard PAF mail notifications when no mailer/job context is available.
