feat(hooks): add script to build and push amd64 and arm64 images

This PR adds a script to build and push multiple architecture of Docker images: amd64 and arm64. The script follows the current build and push process, along with the test script.

Changes introduced:

• Add build_push_multiarch script to use docker buildx commands to build both amd64 and arm64 Docker images
• Add test_multiarch to test the above script
• Test with Docker Hub
