For name I'd rather "Users Meeting" since there are workshops too and it's the main goal of this event. Maybe, you can announce the amount transferred to QGIS.org ?

@Guts I've been seeing some nice photos go by, some of them showing a few people in the nice uni architecture. But not any showcasing all the participants, for instance. I guess next year we can find a short time slot for this ;)

I think a photo with some people with the Avignon - University as background is better than nothing. It's about users meeting, so it's good to see real human with, if possible, some diversity. Sorry to insist.
