Summary

• Package Sung's Deepline GTM engineering videos under examples/sung-video-campaign, including polished videos, rough cuts, generated thumbnails, captions, and source notes
• Add four SEO/AEO blog drafts covering waterfall enrichment, provider sprawl, time to integration, and pipeline as code
• Add YouTube upload manifest/results plus scripts for thumbnail generation and private YouTube draft uploads
• Use deepline.com as the canonical website across generated thumbnails and upload metadata
• Add a thumbnail design system based on deepline-api and the live deepline.com homepage: cream paper, plum foreground, electric indigo accent, subtle grid/dither, terminal motif, and Deepline wordmark

YouTube thumbnail and description status

• Updated on-brand thumbnails on all four private drafts.
• Updated descriptions on all four private drafts to use deepline.com.

Notes

• Captions are included locally, but YouTube caption upload previously failed because the original token only had youtube.upload scope. Metadata/thumbnail updates were completed after authorizing a broader YouTube scope.
• Slack attachment account-mapping.play.ts is documented but not downloaded; Slack file download failed due missing file-read scope.
