Per Vlad: remove the 'what we learned auditing our own outbound' section + the 'what this all adds up to' close from both the blog post and the newsletter send script. Mirror the blog's actual ending (try Beton free CTA + ## ask + signoff). Also LinkedIn-link the two Vlad mentions in the newsletter to match the blog.
