Schedule: missing "Modern Features" tab

## Problem

Plugin "Scheduler Webhook Plugin" mentiones a "Modern Features" tab which does not exists.

## Expected

Path in admin tool: Configuration -> Schedule -> "Modern Features" tab

Also missing: toggle for "Enable Modern Scheduler"
