TestKit R8 version out of sync

For AGP 7.x builds, the root buildscript now resolves com.android.tools:r8:9.1.31, but Gradle TestKit fixtures generated in BaseSentryPluginTest still pin 8.11.18 under the same AGP gate. The compat matrix runs assembleRelease and integrationTest together, so release builds can exercise R8 9 while integration tests still use R8 8.
