The exercise search crashed with RuntimeError: unreachable (WASM trap from Rust panic) when typing the second character. The root cause was fixed in 244bb70; this PR adds 28 regression tests to prevent recurrence.

Tests added

Progressive typing simulation — char-by-char input mirroring the exact crash scenario, with monotonic narrowing validation
Unicode / multi-byte — emoji, CJK, accented characters, mixed scripts
Adversarial inputs — null bytes, regex-like patterns (.*, [a-z]+), 10K-char strings, whitespace-only, special punctuation
Exhaustive coverage — every printable ASCII char, 100 two-char combinations
Data edge cases — empty exercise list, all-None optional fields, empty muscle vectors
Stress — 500-exercise list with progressive typing, rapid type/backspace cycles
