i18n: Add malay translation

This PR adds the Malay (ms_MY.UTF-8) translation.
All strings have been translated and double-checked for accuracy and natural Malay language usage.
If anyone has any feedback or notices any issues with the translations, please let me know!

I don't speak Malay, but I notice that many of your strings feature title-case similar to English. It was found from other translation PRs that many languages other than English don't use title-case; does Malay use title-case or were you simply trying to copy the English source?

Malay often adopts loanwords directly from English (e.g., "komputer", "fail", "tab", "log masuk"), so many technical terms remain quite similar. I’ve already fixed the title casing—initially, I followed the English style, but after your comment, I’ve switched to follow the proper Malay style instead.
