enable use cdn optimized edge ip/relay ip to accelerate cdn transport when wss.
because cloudflare has not cdn nodes in China. Hence directly access domain name on wss will be very slow.
We need use cdn optimized edge ip or relay ip to accelerate cdn transport when wss.
Once done, we can use it like that :
gost-bin -L :port -F "wss://{optimized-cdn edge ip or relay ip}:443?path=/yourpath&host=domainName-config-inyourcdn"
Just pass host as parameter for the domainName when run gost client
