This PR updates the public-facing platform documentation to be aligned with the current state of the system implementation. It adds new files for undocumented features, refines existing documentation, uses sequence diagrams, and correctly formats everything to be clean and readable for system administrators.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 9095351101223501951 started by @giovannibaratta

- Documented the Groups feature in `docs/groups.md`.
- Documented the Audit Logs feature in `docs/audit-logs.md`.
- Added the `AuditorViewer` role to `docs/roles.md`.
- Refactored `docs/agents.md` to use a Mermaid sequence diagram instead of ASCII art.
- Fixed `docs/authentication.md` to correctly describe the agent challenge-response flow rather than PKCE.
- Formatted modified and new markdown files with prettier.
