This branch adds missing documentation for Groups and Audit Logs to the docs folder. It aligns the existing permissions.md and roles.md files with the system's actual implementation by accurately documenting the Group and Audit resources and their respective roles. Formatting adheres to the project's markdown style guidelines.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 3776823662762068372 started by @giovannibaratta

- Create `docs/groups.md` explaining group concepts, membership management, and orphan prevention rules.
- Create `docs/audit-logs.md` covering logged events and access control details.
- Update `docs/permissions.md` to include missing `Group` (`read`, `write`, `manage`) and `Audit` (`read`) permissions in the Resource Permissions table.
- Update `docs/roles.md` to document the `AuditorViewer` role under a new Audit Roles section.
