We are excited to announce the release of gsPreCICE v25.07.0.
This is the first time we introduce a tag to the gsPreCICE module.
This release introduces several key features and improvements. Most notably, gsPreCICE now supports multi-patch coupling, enabling more complex and versatile simulation setups. To demonstrate the new capabilities, we have added several examples, including:
- A perpendicular-flap example showcasing coupling with OpenFOAM.
- A vertical-beam example that demonstrates three different coupling methods.
- NEW volume and shell examples for the perpendicular flap.
- NEW multi-patch coupling support.
