This fix would help renovatebot more correctly identify a fix which does not require a major version upgrade of pnpm.

I understand that Dependabot doesn't hit this case because it doesn't look at packageManagers for alerts.

It looks like the pnpm source advisory from @zkochan has already been corrected and additionally specifies an <11.0.0 constraint here:
