The record has no patched version although the CVE description says "prior to 0.13.2". The referenced fix commit c9aa2eeb9852047e4f41915eb30726bd25f07ecd ("fix: validate access token", 2023-06-30) is an ancestor of tag v0.13.2 (2023-07-01), and the v0.13.2 module zip contains the patched code.
