fixed: 5.4.0, but the referenced fix commit 0c4768fd2a11ac26a61814cef23a71061bfd8bcc ("Force UrlGenerator's Root URL to be the base of APP_URL", 2022-01-18) is an ancestor of tag v5.3.8 (Packagist release 2022-01-28), so 5.3.8, 5.3.9 and 5.3.10 already contain the fix but are currently flagged; the CVE description itself lists v5.3.7 as the last affected version.
