What this adds

bug-reproduction-brief turns vague, intermittent, or environment-specific bug reports into a minimal evidence-backed reproduction before diagnosis or code changes begin.

It provides a specialised workflow for:

• separating expected and actual observable behaviour;
• recording the real commit, runtime, lockfile and environment;
• reducing the failure to the smallest safe fixture;
• proving repeatability without mutating production data;
• stopping before repair so evidence is not destroyed.
