GitHub - gizdatalab/DPPD_Covid: On of the most recent GIZ Data Lab experiments attempts to contribute to the current efforts of tackling the Covid – 19 pandemic. In the context of this experiment, The Data Lab attempts to apply the Big Data Based Positive Deviance approach to identify both positive deviants and their successful strategies among German districts, in order to learn what kind of strategies may prove to be particularly successful in order to tackle the pandemic.
