Introduction to Pathway Analysis

This workshop introduces biologists to functional enrichment analysis of high-throughput data. The workshop is focused on gaining practical hands-on experience using online tools and web sites as well as interpreting and utilizing the results. Background on different enrichment analysis methods will be covered at an introductory level. No programming experience is required.
This is an introductory workshop in the Pathway Analysis series. No prior experience is required. No prerequisites.
