Whitelist

Uses files in package.json to whitelist the minimum files needed for npm installation.

Remove yarn

As per yarnpkg/yarn#1067 (comment), yarn lockfiles should be used for apps, not libraries — unless the library checks in dependencies.

Yarn & better engine support

Changed the engines field from ^4 to >=4.

Added a yarn lockfile.

Node v4 support

Now using Babel transpilation.

Reversed arrows

Focus testing show more people find arrows towards requests and away from responses are more intuitive than the reverse. Changing volleyball to match.

Arrow reformat

IDs are now flush left, with arrows appearing second.

Engines

Specifying Node versions compatible with 6.0.0.
