Add German (de_de) translation

Adds german (de_de) translations for the mod.

I wasn't entirely sure about all translations, but I feel confident I got proper ones for most lines.
Should any german speaking person with knowledge of the german grammar (germany based one) ba around, would I apreciate a review, as I'm only familiar with the swiss grammar (And I won't make a translation for de_ch, as Mojang decided that has to be a joke language, which I find disgusting).

Fortunately @gliscowo speaks German, so that should not be a concern.

If you do believe that Mojangs native translations are wrong/bad, I suggest contributing to their Crowdin (yes, they use Crowdin for their language support). From what it seems the original style guide was from 2018, and it might not have gotten a proper localization because of its age. Fortunately it seems recently they put together a newer glossary for it: https://crowdin.com/project/minecraft/discussions/2352

I'm aware that they use crowdin. And I doubt it would work for me to contribute, because my contribution would be a complete rewrite of de_ch from a joke language (Similar to "Pirate Speech") to actual german with swiss grammar applied, which I doubt they would accept.

I wouldn't mind a joke language based on the swiss german accent, but not with using the actual, official language and country code de_ch.
But I doubt a complaint would find much support anywhere.
