Demo: only the featured trip

The demo dataset is now exactly the featured Livigno → Olomouc road trip — the synthetic commute/errand data around the fictional map centre is gone, so the map shows only the trip corridor and the KPI cards describe the trip itself (884 km, 4 drives, 185 kWh). The README GIF is re-recorded to match.
