Updated broken documentation link in README.rst
Problem
The current documentation link is no longer accessible, preventing developers from accessing comprehensive CTF documentation and integration guides.
Solution
Replaced broken link with the official Conditional Tokens documentation hosted on ReadTheDocs:
https://conditional-tokens.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
