Added JavaScript files in static/OxJS folder which creates different components which are integrated in index.html in templates.

What are all these static files with 0 lines of code?

Must they compulsorily be a part of the working code repository?
I mean, can we load it like via pip and override only the code files
needing customization?

There no files with 0 lines of code
they are the images(png) use to create button or other componenet
