Adds coverage for the memory-backed CFReadStream and CFWriteStream: distinct type IDs, the NotOpen, Open and Closed status transitions, partial and full reads, reading past the end, CFReadStreamGetBuffer, the unknown-property and written-data properties, and writes into growable and fixed buffers.
Verified against Apple CoreFoundation.
