To address EOL for aws-sdk-go v1 (Issue: #1303)
Changes:
CloudWatchAPIcontext.TODO()Only thing I'm unsure about are the pointers changed to values for the dimensions; since they're stored in arrays I'm thinking it should be copying values anyways.
