revert: web: Fix inline documentation rendering (#13379)

This reverts commit b6442c2.

Details

Temporary revert due to

• build script not exiting with code 1 when it fails
• this approach to rendering mdx renders mermaid server-side..within puppeteer and chrome, which we dont have in the container
