Issue description

Can't use shortcut to delete, copy&paste or duplicate GraphNode In GraphEdit.

Steps to reproduce

Create a VisualShader and open the GraphEdit, add a node and select it, try to press Delete, Ctrl + D or Ctrl + C Ctrl + V
