Issue description

When using AudioStreamInteractive or AudioStreamPlaylist in an AudioStreamPlayer3D node, the pitch_scale property has no effect on the currently playing audio.

Steps to reproduce

Create a new project, create a main 3d scene. Add the AudioStreamPlayer3D node and in the inspector, in the stream property, select Playlist or Interactive. Change the pitch_scale and also check the auto_play option. Start the game and you will see that it has no effect on the audios.

Note: it may not work on AudioStreamPlayer and AudioStreamPlayer2D either.
