Issue description

using scale higher than (auto) breaks the editor ui.
it keeps using (auto) scale even if a higher scale value is scelected.

Steps to reproduce

either of from project explorer or editor settings.
the ui stays linked on project explorer only editor ui needs correction.

Minimal reproduction project (MRP)

its an editor problem itself, tested with multiple projects.

Please describe what "breaks the editor ui" means

as in, when changing the editor ui scale to a bigger/smaller number.
firstly: it doesn't fit to the screen boundaries
secondly: when trying to interact with ui, it decides to use the navigation of (auto)% scale.
