macOS 15.4.1 - ARM64 - M2 Pro (Metal)

Issue description

When I opened a project in Godot 4.4.1.stable, macOS (the entire OS) crashed. For me, it is deterministically reproducible simply by opening a project that was created in Godot 4.3 on the external display. Creating a new project does not cause the issue, and the issue does not show up with the external display disconnected.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Connect a monitor to the computer and set HiDPI to 3008x1692 (tested on native 3840x2160 display)
  2. Open Godot on display
  3. Open a project created via Godot 4.3
  4. macOS crashes.
