Filtering with 'uuid' in settings shows run category available with nothing to select

Issue description

This is just a little filter bug. Searching "uuid" in settings shows the application run category with no settings available

Steps to reproduce

• Go to settings
• search 'uuid'
• see empty menu

Minimal reproduction project (MRP)

This does the same thing on a new project, no need to waste space on uploading that

Happens because when creating the category tree (Application, Run TreeItems) it considers application/run/flush_stdout_on_print.debug property as matching the filter, specifically in this function:

But later when populating the EditorInspector (the area ending empty) it filters the property based on the name without the feature tag suffix (.debug) and application/run/flush_stdout_on_print doesn't match the filter.

Not sure what's the expected behavior here, whether the filtering should ignore the feature tag part like .debug or not. But for sure it should be done consistently.

I'm not a massive C++ person, but I believe you!

I can at least confirm the same issue happens when you search .debug as well ;)
