Color Plate is Out Of Display On Android Editor

Issue description

Color plate is normal just the recent color goes Out of the screen after expend. See the image:

I also encountered this issue. My current workaround is to use a smaller interface/editor/display_scale, and reopen the color picker when expanding the dropdown.

A possible solution for this issue is to dynamically reduce the size of the color wheel container (everything above RGB, HSV, RAW line) when the height increases (and color picker get's out of display) due to expanding swatches or recent colors. And increase it again when user collapses those.
