Tested versions
v4.5.stable.fedora [876b290], and building from master
System information
Godot v4.5.stable (876b290) - Fedora Linux 42 (Workstation Edition) on Wayland - X11 display driver, Multi-window, 2 monitors - Vulkan (Forward+) - dedicated AMD Radeon RX 6600 (RADV NAVI23) - 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-12100F (8 threads) - 31.14 GiB memory
Issue description
On Windows, holding control while clicking on projects in Project Manager allows selecting multiple projects without selecting a full range like when holding shift. On Linux (specifically using Fedora 42 workstation, haven't tested others), control-clicking will deselect any selected projects on first click, then following clicks on the same project will toggle that project's selection as expected.
I checked selecting multiple nodes in the SceneTree dock with control-clicking, that works ok for me, seems to be specific to the Project Manager list.
Steps to reproduce
Select one (or multiple using shift) projects in Project Manager, then control-click an unselected project, removing the original selection.
Minimal reproduction project (MRP)
N/A
