Export warnings can't be fully read

Issue description

If you don't (or can't) resize the Export popup window wide enough, warnings can't be read. There is no hover tooltip - it just gets truncated with an ellipsis.

Add an export preset and do something to trigger a warning.

Was able to reproduce and believe I found the area in the code for that particular label. I tried setting a tool tip that just includes the error but didn't work.

It seems that tool tips don't appear on labels. Or at least inside this dialog as I attempted to add a tool tip to a different label and nothing happened. Going to poke around a bit more to see if that is the intended behavior for tool tips+labels.
