Initial build of Monster Kossel v3

• FreeCAD based redesign of V2
• Enclosure by 3mm thick panels included
• remote direct drive extrusion
• minor issues with assembling (see #3)
• missing motor mount for extruder motor (find a Nema17 mount on Thingiverse until it's added here)
