Also noticed this change, I assume there is a reason for removing Quay from the standard list but at any rate, it should be configurable (possibly with the new default). |

The PR #2223 changed these environment variables, but removing
quayspecifically affected some users.I did not add more documentation to the entries because not even the Harbor codebase documented them well, although they seem very straight forward to understand.
