I couldn't find instructions on how to run the tests locally so I hoped that CI would pick up the job but that does not seem to be the case, what do I need to do? |

It is possible to extract a quantity by providing a unit, but no way to extract a unitless quantity. This PR provides
extractwhich allows to obtain the underlying value of a quantity without units.Fixes #70
