Description

This PR adds a standalone, MJX-compatible XML model (panda_hand.xml) for the Franka Emika Panda gripper. The model uses the existing Panda mesh assets already available in the repository.

This is useful for simulating and testing gripper-specific behaviors without the complexity of the full arm.

the mjx-compatible version of the hand model wasn’t available in the repo previously.
