`acloud` and the host orchestrator will be updated to set this value for `cvd` to read. Bug: 491974239
The environment and invoker detection will be called and stored in the new `GetHostMetrics`, in addition to the host os information already gathered in `HostInfo`. Bug: 491974239
Those fields are now available in `metrics_conversion`, but not yet converted until full approval is reached for the new fields. Bug: 491974239
