I suspect this will require a full LLVM rebuild, which is unfortunate/costly. We may want to try to integrate it somehow with the existing build workflow (though I read somewhere that caching build artifacts is not kosher for static code analysis?) or else find a way to cache just the upstream LLVM build and rebuild only the HEIR parts.
